One thing I learned in the Army when it comes to building fighting positions is to not gather the vegetation from your immediate area but one trick you can do to hide the freshly cut limbs is to cover it with mud

21:00 Im a marine corps vet and spent some time with scout snipers and learned quite a bit about making shelters and defensive positions like this and im impressed you brought up the fact the bottoms of the leaves are a lighter green. It is actually one of the signs you look for to spot an enemy position. From carrying the dirt away and making sure to gather leaves far away as well... You really did your research. 👏

This was the first build were I thought Norm had the best idea. When I saw Lojo cutting all the branches next to his shelter I knew he was going to get caught fast. Video idea- You guys need to go to a craft/hobby store and try to make a lure from scratch including the hook. Think bending needles or finding wire you can bend into a hook and there are so many things you can use for the actual lure. Go to a place like Hobby Lobby, Michael's or even stick to the craft section in a walmart. Would be funny to do teams with your wives too if they all like crafting. Norm can have Mason or his sister help him.

Some people really have amazing sight. It’s different than 20/20, its being able to observe absolutely everything in your field of view. Doing things with people like Daryl really make you feel slow because its the definition of subconscious experience and i just think it’s amazing enough to mention
