I’ve been planning to adopt this Loggerhead Musk Turtle since March, but I haven’t had the time to do so until recently. I’m really excited to share it with you, though, because this is a really interesting species! Even just from the short amount of time, he’s been with me, I can already tell he’s a great addition to the lineup. That said, he needs a name! What do you think we should name him? If you've got Cookie, who will get very large, then it only seems fitting that the other turtle, who will stay very small, be named Crumb

It looks amazing! I love the botanicals for hiding and snuffling. ... Though foraging is probably a better term for the underwater bit. I'd probably name him Kenny - as in Kenny Loggins.

I love the effort you put into making an interactive habitat for your new turtle even though it’s a temporary home for him. They are such active creatures so I look forward to seeing the next iteration you create for this little guy. If you don’t pick Roosevelt as his name you could always name him after his breeder.
