If you guys enjoyed, like and subscribe! I have some awesome locations coming up for you sexy people
  • The rooms upstairs with fire places are bedrooms. Back when this was built that was their main source of heat. Great video!! This is still a beautiful house...

I hope that someone buys it who has the wherewithal to restore it with love and care. I appreciate that you took the time to give a little history of the home. If I might make one suggestion, perhaps in future videos, you might slow down a little and focus more on small architectural and design details, such as the tile in the kitchen area. I have subscribed and look forward to future adventures and explorations. Thank you for sharing.💐

Ty for showing such an amazing old house. That house is in excellent condition for its age!! It has an incredible layout for a house of such age, only needs minor work done to it & could be gorgeous once again! Hopefully someone will notice it bcuz of ur vid & give tlc & house a family once again.

Looks like it used to be a beautiful home
  • @journeywithjay
Awesome place!! I'm really surprised there was no graffiti with such easy access to get in. with all those fireplaces I'm sure it's nice and cozy in there, my kind of place
  • This channel is amazing I jump back and forth from exploring with josh to dark exploration, this channel deserves more attention

Houses with fireplaces in each room were built before 1880. There was a switch to stoves going inside fireplace then a switch to coal before finally gas or electric heat between 1920 for cities and 1940 for last of rural areas.

I didn't watch with volume bc I am putting my daughter to sleep...where is this? I'd buy it...but you can't demo this house!! it's a piece of history!
  • @teresaread8185
Cool old house! The beeping noise is a low battery signal coming from a smoke detector or carbon monoxide detector.

Thanks so much for your extreme talent and effort you put into each video . Love your work and your Instagram

A beautiful home. I hope it can be saved. The fireplaces (some covered over when heating was available) are amazing. Yes that one was marble. It was an expensive kind due to its color. Originally I'd say most rooms had fireplaces. Lots of updating in some places. Asbestos or wiring of the house could make it difficult to bring up to code but it could be done. Truly a rare find!

The wood floors & door/window trim is lovely. House is in good shape to be so old. The big room upstairs is I think a ballroom.
  • @Milcom34
Very Cool Place. Be a Shame to Tear it Down. Hopefully Someone with Money and the Knowledge of Renovation will Save this Once Beautiful Place. Take Care D.E.
  • @srevero1
    Absolutely beautiful, thank you!

Damn, man! Great video, as always. Gorgeous isn't a strong enough word for this place, and another pre-Civil War location. Loving the old woodwork and flooring, and even the plaster walls; which I am willing to bet has horse hair inside. The claw-foot tub is amazing, they are very rare! Glad we got to see it.
