Folate is a B vitamin, sometimes referred to as B9. As a B vitamin it plays a major role in helping the body to generate energy.

These are some of the most common symptoms of those with low folate:

    You didn’t mention other important important symptoms of extreme fatigue, breathlessness., dizziness and tinnitus!

    I had most of those symptoms. Still have some of them. No memory. Started drinking B complex vitamins again and one thing is noticeable. I am not so moody and no depressed feelings either.
  • The big issue with these Doctors, they rarely tell you how much you need and do not recommend a quality product. There are thousands of companies that sell this but most of them are crap.
