I have spent 15 years in Animation VFX and gaming industry and I completely agree with each and every point of yours. I am so very happy that today's youth have so much clarity and courage in their career and I congratulate you for that and I am even more thankful that you have put so many perspectives in such a short video with this much preciseness.I wish I had seen this video when I was 25.The biggest takeaway for all the beginners - Don't work for somebody else's growth work for your own.

Same mindset bro ... I never stick to job even currently unemployed but learning and practicing each day to sharpen my skills. I also insist that don't become comfortable with your free time if you opt for second option.
