The mountain ridge Pliš is located in the coastal part of Gorski kotar, in the hinterland of Rijeka. It is an area with extremely beautiful and open views of the Kvarner Bay, Učka, Grobnik Alps, Kamenjak and northern Velebit. The ridge is covered with rocks and grass, and only small areas are overgrown with forest.
