    Find a place with steep hills and you can emulate interval training quite effectively just by walking no equipment necessary.

    I challenge them just to go for a 5 mile walk after being on their feet all day. I average 15 to 20 K steps a day with not counting my workout.

  • I am simply unable to run for more than 5 mins, I run out do air and my heart rate goes up to 200. And I’m not out of shape I’m 185cm (6’1) with 81KG (179 pounds) of body weight and 10% body fat. But for the love of god I can’t and I never liked it, my feet are quite flat so that makes it even worse. However I can perfectly walk at a relatively fast pace with quite some inclination on the treadmill for 1 hours, where I burn an average of 600 Calories. I see many people come and run quite fast for 25-30 mins next to me and burn 450-500 calories, so yeah it’s taking me twice the time, but I’m burning more and more importantly I can do it, 4 days a week I grab my headphones and do one of this 1 hours walking sessions, on top do the regular talking I do with my dog wich is more slow paced, walking definitely counts as working out. The problem is when people, specially people who isn’t into fitness and that are taking unhealthy diets, count the short walk to the supermarket to buy groceries as “I already did my cardio for today” You burnt like 90 calories and consumed nearly 300 on the energy drink you drank there XD

    Guess I'm not exercising then, because I walk for an hour and a half every night while I'm cutting, and I typically get down to 6% BF. Hmmmmmm.... I wonder how that works for me to get that lean🤔
  • I do a brisk walk an hour a day, I’ve dropped a bunch of weight between that and diet

    I do treadmill incline 12 & speed 3 for an hour... its not easy.😅

    My dog loves walking , so do I. Moving is what we humans do. We die when we stop Moving. Walking is the best source of movement. You can turn up the intensity, and you have running. These channel people get me when they try to think outside the box so they can get more subs or views

    That is why i like rucking with a 45 pound pack. It’s walking so it’s lower impact but it works your heart, legs, back and shoulders really well. Also if you want a more intense work out the sky’s the limit. Walk or trot faster. Burpees and bear crawls with a weighted pack on are awesome also.

    Try walking to your nearest grocery store/school/park. Its a workout. Lol
