With the increasing popularity of veganism and plant-based diets in general, a question that I am getting asked more often is how to get enough B12. Many processed foods are fortified with B12 but finding whole food sources can be a bit more challenging.

Being deficient in B12 can cause all sorts of issues and, if not addressed, can have some serious long-term affects so making sure we are getting enough is vital.
