Multiplatinum, record-breaking rock band Shinedown is releasing their sixth album, "Attention Attention." The 14-track album, Shinedown’s most raw and personal to date, is a mental, emotional and physical journey that follows an individual from life’s lowest lows to the highest highs as anxieties dissipate and demons disappear. The story that unfolds as the album progresses is a powerful and enduring statement about the resolve of the human spirit, our will to overcome struggles and the importance of respecting and leaning on one another.

  • This is an important interview. This shows that mental illness does not discriminate. You can be rich, famous, and loved by thousands and still suffer from depression and/or addiction. The honesty this band has and the willingness to let their guard down is what makes them truly Shinedown.

Saw them on May 4, 2018, the day this record came out. Had never heard of Shinedown before. Was only there because my girlfriend wanted to go because they are her favorite band. The concert absolutely flattened me, and was the best concert I’ve ever seen. Now a mega fan for life.

Awesome to hear that Atlantic Records will still let a band have time to actually develop rather than cutting them halfway through their first record to move on to the next thing.
