It's the first room off the Sacred Grove, which is due south of Aogai Village. One in the Sacred Grove, look for a ladder down. It's only about 2 or 3 screens in.

Finally found it... it was the one in naire mines (or what ever it is called) I thought I had the hidden one. However, I didn't have it :D

I actually found that one on my own, but missed the one in town earlier,couldn't find the way to get into the house :(.
