25-30 Pieces Fresh Okra
Palm Oil
Assorted Meats (Shaki, Ponmo, Cowfoot, Beef, Goat meat)
1 Big Red bell pepper (Tatashe)
5 Chilli peppers (Shombo)
2 Scotch Bonnet Peppers (Atarodo)
Smoked Fish
Fresh prawns
1 Cooking Spoon
Crayfish powder
1/2 Cooking Spoon Locust Beans (Iru}
Crayfish Powder
Onions
Bouillon cubes
Salt to taste
