In the states - doctors have patient loads that can go up to 1500 patients or more. Those patients have follow up appointments at 3, 6, 9, 12 months and sooner/more frequent if they have conditions that warrant it. That’s why NEW patients can’t just call and be scheduled right away most of the time. Amber sits around and neglects her health 24/7 THEN expects the entire healthcare system to accommodate her every wish. When they don’t OR mention how her weight is the cause of a condition or making it worse, it’s discrimination. She’s beyond delusional.

As a formerly morbidly obese person, I received good healthcare when I was obese. The doctors did tests and problem solved my health issues. The doctors told me that every health problem was related to my obesity. I then lost half my body weight and almost all the health issues went away. Then it dawned on me that the doctors were right. Being obese caused the issues. But it wasn't until I was able to.acecpt that I created the problem and I had to fix it that things got better. Amber has a long way to go 😥.

Weight? Diet? Lifestyle? Affecting one's health? Well, I never!

Ilona takes better care of her dogs than alr takes care of herself

Wow! If only amber spent all this time talking about her problems to a doctor instead of the internet. I find it so bizarre why she doesn’t take her size seriously, especially now 😮
  • @PlainOlPatty
Eddie Van Halen had throat cancer and said it wasn't from his chain smoking for decades, but was because he kept his guitar pick in his mouth a lot in the recording studio, and the frequencies caused it. Easier to deny then quitting smoking. Same with Amber. Not necessarily her size, but definitely her crappy diet could be causing cancer. Edit:👱‍♀️

I’m gonna go on a long rant because I feel like I need to get this off my chest but have no one around me that is actually interested in hearing about it. 😂 It’s so infuriating because: 1. She neglected her health for so long prior to her cancer diagnosis. From her weight to her “bleeding for two years” and never getting it checked, despite having the proper funds to do so. 2. When she got cancer, only a small part of me felt sympathy for her. With her using her health for money and just joking around with it, I could not feel completely sorry for her. Along with uterine cancer highly linked with morbid obesity, I felt comfortable enough to say that she contributed to her own cancer. I thought that at this point, she will finally realize the gravity of her situation and turn her life around. 3. She essentially tossed away the one person who stuck with her through her cancer. The person who literally wiped her ass, took her to all the appointments, and took care of her post op. She had the audacity to blame this person for not “dragging me to the doctor.” Like, dude! It’s YOUR own health! Take charge of it. I feel so bad for Beck because of what they went through. 4. She had the nerve to say, “I really don’t think I have cancer anymore, so I don’t need to go in for follow ups.” Yeah, sure. That’s how you knew you had cancer in the first place, right? You “just knew”? 5. She had already moved to Oklahoma for almost a year now? And she has had allllll the time to establish her healthcare there. But instead she prioritized shopping at TJ maxx and playing bingo, plus eating out 5 times a week. She took NO initiative to lose weight and it has been FOUR years! She still weighs the same. The same up and down, bait and switch shit. Then she has the AUDACITY to get upset at doctor offices for not having an appointment slot available for a whole year. GIRL, you had almost a whole year and you didn’t bother! No one needs to cater to your lazy ass. Honestly, if she gets diagnosed with cancer recurrence, I really have NO sympathy for her. She was given a second chance and a wake up call and she chose to ignore both. It’s like a smoker continuing to smoke after beating lung cancer. 🤷‍♀️

Im in the states. My primary retired. I called for a new one and not only is my appointment 9 months from when I called, its with a second year resident. They are obviously overseen by a doctor at the hospital, but its so hard finding doctors. ALR says in this she had precancerous cells and they decided a full hysterectomy to resolve it. Anyone who has been around knows she did not follow up or get the needed tests after her surgery. IMO this is all dramtics for views. She is super morbidly obese and does nothing to get healthy. Research has shown the link that obesity has to Cancer and how much it increases the chances of multiple forms of Cancer. Not sure what she expects people feel about any of this. She has been told for years that she needed to have continued tests, she refused so....... nobody cares 🤷‍♀️
  • Seeing the same doctor would been better for her than seeing someone new each ER visit
  • as a hair dresser you've done amazingly well stripping your colour at home by yourself.... you have several strings to your bow...good luck with your comp 💪🏽x
  • @Dessamator
New patient appointments take more of the doctors time, as they have to go over the patients history and such. I think that's why we have special bookings for New Patients here in the States. She had since October of last year to make an appointment to establish herself with a new GP. Before she had an issue she needed addressing. So, this is absolutely all on her. She didn't do any follow ups after her hysterectomy either, and she should have. Uterine Cancer can spread, after all. And, staying obese keeps her risks high for getting other cancers extremely high. You're not being a dick. This is absolutely on her. Whatever her issues are. It's on her.

i cannot believe how well that red stripped out! brad mondo needs to hear about this lol

I had irregular periods for my entire life. But mostly it was missed periods so I ignored it, especially because I didn’t have health insurance. When I had ongoing bleeding for months though, I finally found a doctor. I waited so long hoping it would just go away but I can’t imagine letting it go on for years! (No cancer in my case, PCOS). As an aside, losing 140 lbs has negated most of my hormonal issues. It’s ALMOST as if the excess fat was CAUSING my symptoms… funny, that

I think an ash color more on the browner side, with the pink bikini and a dark tan would look great on you for the show.
  • @laurieann2714
Insane that your hair color plays a part. Alex is Shook dod a reaction to this too and Amber is truly in denial and WHY wouldn't she IMMEDIATELY find a gynecologist considering her history?
  • @kemprze
My question -- why has everything with these women to be a journey? Uterine cancer journey, really? What's next -- bubonic plague journey? Amputated sugar foot journey?
  • @myramyraUSA
Healthcare in the United States is really not great. My daughter had an UTI and could not get an appointment at any of her pediatricians office 8 locations. We had to go to urgent care where you can get same day appointments. We have insurance, but we still had to pay several hundreds of dollars out-of-pocket.
  • @DarknessDust
Lol in Europe it's not that weird anymore either unfortunately. Unless it's an emergency, there's often like a several months waiting period for an eye doctor or an ear-throat-nose doctor etc 😭😭
  • @joycegray4952
having your period does not cause blood in your urine...its blood from the vagina. it drives me crazy when we say this. it add s to the basic misunderstanding of womens bodies
