For any new STAYS wondering why Felix isn't going on the rides for these episodes, it's because he had a really bad back injury (herniated disk) at the time. It lasted for the entirety of Maniac era and he couldn't really perform at all. It was still healing during their world tour this year in 2022, and finally for Maxident era he's back to 100% once more! ❤ 🤍 - (Edit 4/27/23) Okay wow, I didn't expect this comment to blow up so much lmao, but I'm happy to hear that I've helped a lot of baby Stays!! 🧡 Here's some more info on his injury: herniated disks (unless surgery is undergone) will always be a cause of pain for him. They can be treated with medicine and physical therapy, but a lot of the times, the patient is never back to 100%, so Felix could possibly have this for the rest of his life. If you watch recent SKZ content (like Talkers, Codes, etc.) you'll notice how sometimes, Felix is seen in the background doing exercises. These are to help him alleviate the main and manage it. The herniated disk needs to constantly be treated with physical therapy, otherwise it could grow worse again. THIS is why sometimes, in SKZ content (even some of the recent stuff), he won't do certain things or the members will allow him to sit out on activities. His back is a delicate thing and he needs to be careful what he does with his body, so that he doesn't reinjure himself badly again. It's truly unfortunate that he has this at such a young age, and I pray that one day he'll be able to completely heal in some way. 🙏🏼🤍 Perhaps back problems run in his family and that's why he contracted this so young, but we'll never really know... anyways, let's continue to love him and ALL of the boys and treat them with the gentleness and kindness that they deserve. 💗🤍
