The plaintiff says she rented a room in the defendants’ house, but they turned out to be real weirdos who made her uncomfortable. She claims they changed the lock on her and they owe her money, so she’s suing. The defendants say the plaintiff broke all the house rules, and he had to change the lock because they didn’t trust her. They’re suing for what that cost them.

A level 1 sex offender making a rule that a young chick's boyfriend can only sleep over 4 nights a month, and he's counting down the days until she's gonna be alone, that is SUPER CREEPY
  • @ViraIshnia
"Are you a level one sex offender?" "...I don't see how that is relevant" That would be a yes
  • @xxx123brina
I’m mad at the father for allowing him to rent a room to a female knowing his son is a level one sex offender smh

    " she's a liar ".... " she's manipulative "... " you shouldn't believe a word she says " ... sounds real SEX OFFENDERISH TO ME
  • Still trying to wrap my head around the fact that the mom assessed this living situation for her young daughter and came to the conclusion that it was totally acceptable

“there are so many things that didn’t get mentioned, the fact that I found her boyfriend sleeping in her room for several days only b/c I knocked on the door”...The fact that he knocked on the door and is mad the BF is there is really telling of his true motives and frustrations.

How much you wanna bet he only rents to young women and wrote that “4 nights a month” clause in just to limit or ward off boyfriends/other men/guarantee she’s alone most of the time.

The defendant guy is your classic predator. So busted.

He has clearly not been rehabilitated. He's one of those, " She said ' no', but she really meant ' yes', and now she's trying to fool everyone but playing innocent. He's VERY dangerous !
  • The plaintiff is extremely lucky that she found out the truth about the defendant's status as a sex offender and managed to " escape" the property before anything worse happened. The defendant was really super creepy, & seemed like he was capable of doing anything. Couldn't help but notice that the defendant's father really seemed surprised & upset about some of the conversations & text's happening between his son and the plaintiff. Really creepy!

This is so grosssssss, whenever a registered offender thinks anyone would sympathize with them is wild

This dude absolutely played himself. Why would he agree to go on TV to let the world know he's a sex offender?
  • @kyladolla
its giving weirdo and creep and i don’t like that. so glad she got out of there before something terrible really happened.
  • @patim5953
With his texts before she moved in I sure wouldn't have moved in. He was too much from the start.
  • @VettGirl66
The defendant is creepy…why does the plaintiff’s mom thinks its okay for her young daughter to live with 2 older men.🤮🤮🤮
  • @davidlacy4016
“That’s completely blown out of proportion.” Is likely what he told the judge from his sexual assault case.

This dude could definitely get a role on Law & Order: SVU on appearance alone.
