  • The reason I watch both of your videos is that you honestly seem like real, genuine people. Celeb chefs hit differently. You seem like two guys I could have a glass of wine or an IPA with and discuss cooking and the world in general.

    I love Chef James' channel. Not only have I learned a lot about cooking from him, but he also saved my life once. I was in a submarine that took a direct hit from a torpedo. It was quickly filling up with water and Chef James swam down to the sub without any diving gear and pulled all of us out of the sub and to the surface.
