Rare encounter with ghost?? No, just a goofy glitch I found in Tumbleweed in Red Dead Redemption 2 Online Beta, this has happened to me twice now, 2 for 2, and it ends with an endless loading screen so beware if you find this sheriff station stranger mission as well.
