  • Mr Martin, you are the most caring dad, you are very close to your baby. I can see that your upbringing was a loving, caring and very compassionate family. Having a baby doesn't come with procedures it comes with instinct. I admire your parents for how they have raised you. Your baby bonded with you and her nanny. Amazing job Mr Martin. Keep up the good work. Please never say "that I am doing it for you" because someday she will be reading or watching this video. And Please take her gloves off, baby needs to feel touched.
  • Hi Martin and Ave,...I've been watching all your vlogs until becoming you guys as parents of Tokyo..Martin... Congratulations for being a good start to being a father of Tokyo...Love the way you see your life as a parent, and father now and how you showed it to us, loving, sweet as you are to her (daddy 's girl)as well as caring husband to Ave.....Proud of you to hear such beautiful plans and how you wanted to bring up her just what you have with your Mom ... Congratulations Martin and Ave for being good parents to her...Keep Loving!Love you guys! 💞Hugs and Kisses to Tokyo from Canada 🇨🇦

Congratulations ! What a nice gift from God to have a baby after so many years you've been together. I've been following Ave's Vlog since she was single until now that she got married and have a baby. God bless your family wishing you all good health and more happiness.
  • Yes, Martin. Here in Canada, it cost $2,500/mo. To hire a live out help. Very expensive. Enjoy the life in the Philippines while you can. Life abroad with a family and kids is very expensive. You are developing as a gentle, doting and loving father to your family. Love you guys always. From Toronto, Canada. ❤❤❤
  • Baby Tokyo brings so much peace and joy to watch! ❤️ Such an adorable cutie pie! 💕 Keep up the good work mamá and papá! 🥰
  • Among all foreign vloggers residing here in the Phil., you are the most genuine, nicest and sweetest guy and partner, Martin. Ave is so so so lucky to have you! You are also lucky to have a humble, simple, responsible wife! God bless your family!😊❤️

You and Ave are not only great parents to Tokyo but also good role models to young couples who's starting a family or thinking to have children. So, keep it up. That resort is beautiful and peaceful a perfect getaway for exhausted body & mind.
  • Watching from San Francisco California, you’re such a hands on dad, hope you won’t change 👍
  • Congrstulations to both of you. Having a baby is the most beautiful gift from God. Ive seen all your videos about your love story and up to now that you have a baby girl Tokyo. I am sure that you both will be the best and responsible parents to your Baby. I am nanay Lilia of Batangas City.
  • Hello Salhaugen Family from the Washington,D.C. Metro (DMV) area! You all are doing a wonderful job. My Husband’s roots are German/ English, I am an Ilocano American and we have 3 children (now adults). We had our first born (son) in SanFrancisco far from our Family back east. We hired a Yaya who was an ilocano Lola. We payed around 2,000 a month back then. She helped us a lot. You and Ave remind me of our family and the joys of new parenthood. Sending lots of hugs to the three of you from the other side of the Globe!
  • Being a good parents is a whole life of discovering and exploring ; actualy a continous learning process for everything we are doing for today would be history for tomorrow. There are always different factors influencing our daily lives not to mention time and space. So whatever lessons we can gather from our daily lives bet it good or bad , the most important about it is to learn from these lessons and apply our learnings for the betterment of our parenthood. Good luck guys.

  • @1208wolf
Wish both of you all the best and enjoy parent hood. Greetings from Antwerp, Belgium.
  • A verry good father you are martin I'm so proud both of you❤❤❤ 🎉
  • Ave & Martin im so happy to you both for being a good parents to your unica Tokyo. As a parents only one thing that I could advice to you both always cherish the memories with Tokyo. I’m a mother of two daughters, but I’m not the one who take good care of them since baby because I prioritize to earn money abroad in order to give them good future. Through my absence I gave them material things in exchange of my real presence and love, but it’s not healthy as they grow up differently. Their attitude was really not acceptable to me. It’s too late to regain their love. God bless to you both. I pray that you will be there to take care of Tokyo always.
  • Baby Solhaugen loved the water - a future swimmer like her parents too 💦 !
