Vampire gives you the regen but also take 25% more damage at all times. The ice demon gives you more damage on anything that uses frostbite.

btw dont use insignia + relentless because insignia already gives 100% less endlag so you should go for something like light for more swingspeed (i went from 70 to 350 dps with this)

I have a full set of stuff that give str but my battle axe still only does it’s base and the dmg dose t go up, I’ve had the axe before my gear with str on it
