This is the most life changing information ever. I just did this on my pull up bar and it released the tensions I’ve been trying to release for decades now. More content like this, thanks!

I have been hanging 3 times a day followed by sitting in a squat position. It helps greatly with my cptsd.

I shattered my shoulder in a motorcycle accident 10 years ago. Ive had extremely limited ability to reach overhead since then. But a few months ago i started hanging semi regularly. It was extremely painful at first and i couldn't do it for more than a few seconds, but i can hang for over a minute now and the difference it's made in my ability to reach overhead has been tremendous.

“I’ve been to the best shoulder doctors in the world, and I’ve learned hanging from a bar is the best thing for your shoulders” Alex hormozi. I had shoulder pain and legit I did stretches for 1 day and hanged and all my shoulder pain was gone from only a couple days of hanging. Truly an amazing exercise.

  • i always felt like i could never approach a bar like this because i’m super overweight and i know i can’t do a pull up. but this video gave me hope that i can start somewhere and even the most basic work will make a difference. thank you for this, genuinely

i never really trained my grip specifically, but once i started doing these i noticed my grip strength explode exponentially. it's such an easy yet beneficial workout it's seriously a cheat code.

Hanging was my main exercises to strengthen my back and grip when i was struggling with pull ups. They are really good exercises although i often forget to do them

Thanks for everything, Daniel. I've bought several of your programs and would recommend them to anyone (and have), but even the content that you share for free is life-changing. That sort of kindness is uncommon and commendable.

I lost my shoulder clicking by doing dead-active hang pauses for 2 months
