After 11 years of shared history with Goonswarm, 4S takes the jump, and joins The Initiative.

is there any minimum SP requirement and stuff to join 4S ?? I am currently in goons with around 20mil sp (yea a bit low), I just want to rat a bit explore and do some group stuff mostly. But my current corp mostly mine and many of them not in com so kind of bored. Also bcoz I play mostly in AU and early EUTZ and I heard init is quite active in those time.
