used egg roll wrappers and cut them into 4 pieces or wonton wrappers
Filling:
1. Philadelphia Cream Cheese x 2 blocks
2. 16 oz Crab imitation or fresh
3. 1 stalk celery very thinly sliced and chopped
4. Scallions x 3
5. Spices : Chinese 5 Spice, hot sauce , splash of soy sauce salt pepper 1/2 chili pepper
Fry : vegetable oil 340’

Gigi, crab Rangoon is my favorite Chinese restaurant guilty pleasure. You didn’t say, or I didn’t hear, what the wrappers are. Are they wonton wrappers? Are you going to share the recipe as I don’t see the specific amounts of the recipe anywhere. I was excited to watch your video but am somewhat dismayed that essential information was left out. Have you tried this in an air fryer? Might make it a little more healthy😁
