Just wanted to thank you for all the videos while you went through the detox/withdrawal. I officially hit day 28 today, and honestly- This was the best decision I have ever made. I don’t have any PAWS, and my sleep is completely back to normal. I am so unbelievably thankful to not be dependent on Suboxone to function. I hope everyone struggling with making the jump gets some comfort in knowing it’s entirely possible!

Hey bro I'm on day 16 myself... I just wanna say your videos gave me the push I needed man... I honestly, truly do wanna say thank you! I worked everyday through all of this.. but again I did have 4 days off for Thanksgiving break... which truly gave me the first 4 days on my couch... I'M telling you guys, you can do this! KEEP YOUR MIND BUSY!!! day 2 I got no sleep at all but 30 minutes... day 3 4 and 5 I just felt cold chills here and there, and day 6 through 8 was a little tough. But, I got through it. Since day 9 to now I feel pretty good.. not perfect, but pretty good. My main problem is at nights, I do wanna crash around 8, 9 pm... I get really tired at night, but I still get it least 5 hours of sleep.. REMEMBER YOU ONLY HAVE TO GO THROUGH THIS ONCE!!! Dedicate yourself for 1 week, and I promise you, you would not look back!!! I love you all, and you can do this!!! Keep your mind busy! Working really helped with that!!! God bless you all!!!!!
  • LOL did you see the holiday coming up is Labor Day weekend? Pretty sure Labor Day weekend already happened LOL. I'm just messing. Great job man

I’m on day 16, jumped off at about 4 mg per day tapered down to .25mg the week before Jump off, I think that helped.. this is so doable. I worked the whole time except for day 5, it was just a bit too much.

I am also on subs and have been for 3 years now ( after 5 years of opiate use) but I am still in MAT services and talk to my doctor and therapist every month or so. I have had a good experience but would some day like to be completely sober. Are these videos that you are making just your life after leaving MAT services aswell ?
