Please do more of these live negotiations!

I would love to see more of this style of video. It really helps get a real-world view of how these negotiations can go down.

"Market Adjustment" adders should be illegal. It's a form of price fixing & racketeering.

Might be me, but would have been nice to hear a wrap up and summarization of the call from your guys perspective. Don't get me wrong, I love the real time (fly on the wall) learning. But as someone who has not bought a vehicle in 10 years, bringing this topic full circle would have been the icing on the cake. Thanks for what ya'll do, all you have taught me has definitely helped me feel more educated on purchasing a new vehicle.

One salesman wanted to hold my car keys until I was ready to leave. This was at a Ford dealership. Yes, I left.

I don't know why we protect the names of these businesses that do scumbag tactics.
  • @R0bbathehutt
Just listening to this made me cringe, this is why no one likes going to car dealerships to buy a car.

Bank Statements? I've NEVER had to provide a bank statement to anyone... for anything...

$595 Doc Fee??? WTH lol - if they want to sell the car, they need to do the paperwork for it - it's like going to Walmart and having to pay an additional fee for a cashier to check you out

Market adjustment on a Hyundai is a phrase I never thought I would hear in a sane world.
  • 😂🤣😅 I head a great line " DO YOU LIKE SELLING CARS OR COLLECTING A LOT OF THEM " 😂🤣😆
  • This is why FTC rules need to make it through the courts and be held

Me and my wife were looking at a used Ford Escape at a DRCJ dealer in Houston. After the test drive, we were waiting for the salesman to tell us the finance deal. He showed me a contract and said that he would tell us the price after we signed the contract. I told him I wouldn't sign it until he gave me a price. We went back and forth, but he wouldn't give in. So I asked for my CDL back and he refused. I was ready to turn his desk upside-down, but my wife started threatening him by calling the police. He gave me my CDL and we left

They conflate the price with the payment to confuse buyers. Your credit will influence the payment but not the price.
  • @MuahMan
Greico Mazda, Delray Beach, FL tried to jack the price up on me from their website with a used car. 11k on the website, magically turned to 16k when I got there. Flipped the bird and walked out.
  • Total B.S When I bought my dealer, they never asked me for any of this. I would avoid this dealership like the plague
