In this video, you will learn how to make blueberry and truffle flavoured chocolates using two different types of moulds. Plastic moulds are low priced but not long lasting where good quality polycarbonate moulds are pretty much unbreakable but expensive. Cheaper polycarbonate moulds are also available.

Clean the moulds as shown and fill the moulds with the melted chocolate, tap and invert , leave to set and fill with any compote of ur choice.
After filling cover with melted chocolate and tap well again. Clean ur moulds and set in the freezer for a boy 10 minutes or until ur moulds are well frosted.
Invert and enjoy.
Boxes and cavities and pouches to fill ur chocolates are easily available on line or you can call 9836587873 and order thru us.

I plan to pour melted chocolate onto aluminum foil in a pan. Will the chocolate stick to it once it's cool, and should I use a spray? If so, what spray is best?
