Don't try to play the "I know the owner" card, it's just stupid, but it's even dumber if you don't even know who the owner actually is and how they look. Friend told me of a store where a lady tried to tried to use "I'm the wife of the owner", the teen at the counter then shouted towards the backrooms "HEY DAD, DID YOU MARRY SOMEONE OTHER THAN MOM?" dad comes out "this lady says she's your wife", "she's not, and I hereby refuse her any service due to attempted fraud, get out or I will call the police".
