Recorded 7/8/2024 at 11:53 am. Seems like all those domestic EMP containers are returning from storage in Charleston. Throughout late 2022 and a little bit during 2023, 242 would haul chunks of these domestic EMP containers to Charleston. Sometimes these green 53' domestic containers would come in the form of "TMX" labeled ones. It seems now they’re needed elsewhere as they’re seen coming out of storage to be prepped for service again. Enjoy the video! Fantastic catch! I definitely appreciate the whereabouts of this train! This definitely has to be one of the best 243s ever, especially on a Monday! Even without the auto racks, this catch still would've been rewarding. I can imagine there could potentially be more EMP containers coming westbound soon, since there's for sure more than what was on this train, considering those 242s and that 299.

Weird to see 243 with autoracks on the rear along this portion of it's route too. Normally they get them in the yard at Greenville and it doesn't have the short cut of international traffic on it either.
