I’ve read all the HP books and liked them but I’m no fan girl. I respect Rowling so much more now for her stance for free speech and women’s rights. I’m disgusted at the non-critical thinkers who are attacking her.
  • @shirleyporter9025
Thankful for the voices of sanity and reason, you have done a wonderful job with this.
  • @sofasrus8081
Amazing. Had no idea how extensive the book protestts against HP were.
  • I’m not a Harry Potter fan. I’m not a feminist. I’m late to the game. I don’t use Twitter. However, JK Rowling is amazing for standing up for women. I’m so proud that we have her.

I don't know how people can't separate fantasy from reality...it's just a story, just like any other out there. I love Harry Potter, and I respect JK Rowling even more now. ❤
  • When you become so influential, you become a danger in the eyes of those who think they might lose their power (they thought they had) over mankind.

People should read the Harry Potter books more than ever, because we live in crazy times, where our freedoms are taken away and people get punished for speaking the truth or their opinion! The Harry Potter books are full of valuable life lessons and love. J.K. Rowling is equally brave as Harry and I love and respect her. She is my hero.
  • and thank you so much for this genius podcast, perfectly helping us see the most important things...💚

"Where they burn books, they will, in the end, burn human beings too," Heinrich Heine
  • We NEED to make them make laws NOT ALLOWING EMOTIONAL MANIPULATION IN THE MEDIA! It makes too many people believe untrue things, band together and hurt people
  • @zarabee2880
Critical thinking is offensive now, I fear for society 😢
  • Well the banning is people who have a closed mind. It’s all so ridiculous. Unfortunately, we have to deal with this craziness 😊
  • It sounds as if the only nation in fear of Harry Potter and witchcraft is the USA...people from all over the world understand it is a children's book. I mean... the name was altered for Americans so that they can understand and pronounce it, lol. My generation grew up with Harry Potter, how come we are not all possessed? 🤔

Two reasons Christians should absolutely not have an issue with Harry Potter: C.S. Lewis and J.R.R. Tolkien. QED.

I appreciate the interview, but don’t quite get the format. I would have much preferred hearing the entire conversation, without all the narration, news clips, book readings. I’m about half way through, and despite her story being compelling, I’m having a hard time sustaining interest due to all the unnecessary interruptions.

Absolutely thrilled that the Contrapoints video explaining why this interview is garbage and debunking all of JK Rowling's talking points is almost at 5 million views, while this sits at a measly 15 K. It may not exist yet in society, but sanity does still prevail in some corners of the internet.

I'm a proud radical feminist, i don't agree with everything jk says, but she has argued herself very well and I support her
