  • This is a little known movie gem. The story line has a powerful message that help to those in distress can come from unexpected quarters and from utter strangers. At times of distress, the expert and the common man alike are equally helpless or provide effective help depending on whether there is a will to help. A thought provoking movie. It hardly matters whether the movie is labeled as a Western or otherwise. All that matters is that it has a message for all.
  • Thank you for posting this movie. Although it is not a western, it is still very relevant. There is a message behind this story line which is meaningful to our lives. Food for thought.

I like Glenn Ford ❤ should be a good movie. Watching it now, and it's more modern, time, then cowboy time.
  • I was 7 or 8, something like that when I watch this movie for the first time and it stuck in my head my whole life. This is the first time I've seen it since 1969 or thereabouts. And and it kind of was the same feeling but now I know all of the technical details of everything. so I wasn't quite as impressed but it's a fantastic movie.

A excellent film. Could do with a remake, but no one around like Glenn Ford.
