For anyone wondering, the "assassin" was David Kang. The gun was a starting pistol with two blank rounds. He did it to protest the treatment of Cambodian asylum seekers being held in detention camps. He got 500 hours of community service and eventually earned a Master of Business administration and a Bachelor of Laws graduating with honors.

He's like "terribly bad form, old boy"
  • He didn’t want to be rude, he gave him another chance by standing still
  • @AMINTHEPM467
He really gave him the” damn, that’s just tragic” look
  • @Gust_The_Man
Guards : GET DOWN PRINCE! Prince Charles : 😐
  • @prod.jimmyhd
He looks offended by the lack of effort put into this assassination.
  • @Krazzy88
He was like: "I knew they were gonna send someone. But this guy? Seriously?"
  • @SaltySteff
That's the most British reaction to something I've ever seen
  • @casadilla111
He wasn’t disappointed at the guy’s seeming lack of skill. He was no doubt disappointed that he was still standing and thus would still have to give a speech later, and that’s honestly so relatable.

He didn’t even flinch. He just stood there watching the failure of the day.

Remember: If you hear a shot, he has probably missed, If you hear a second shot, he has missed for sure.
  • @itslilibabes
I love how he's just not reacting. That man welcomes death
  • @jaydon3237
Prince Charles was really like: “Well that was weird , Anyways”
  • @elektra81516
I love how his reaction is basically: "Oh lord! really? You call that an assassination attempt?"
  • @tykamen5588
Everyone: panicking Guards: stops the "Assassin" Charles: that was close...so anyway
  • @justjit6466
Charles' expressions were the literal definition of "you had one job"

I know people have commented on how unphased he was. He was actually more phased by the bodyguard pushing him, but I like that he didn't even stop fixing his cuff. When he comes back on screen, it looks like he's still doing it before he gets turned around.
