It’s a very nice house my style I’d definitely buy it. It looks more like houses in Alpharetta Sandy Spring’s Marietta Smyrna than BuckHead although it could be. A lot of houses there follows the same theme. I couldn’t enjoy the viewing as much because of all the camera tricks but thanks for sharing..

I like it but it sits on a very BUSY street and at that price point I would want VIEWS of either the city, an ocean, or private lake. I think Atlanta is a very inflated real estate market that only attracts certain kind of buyers. My house is similar in sq ft and architecture with a larger lot size but I paid 1.1m for it and my taxes are 14K a year whereas the property taxes on this property are 98K a year. Houses in my area sell for about 2m to 2.5m present day but they sell very fast whereas this house struggled to sell for two years before they bought it.
