    Gennaro...thank you! For years I was making Gnocci Di Patate with so much struggle and was never able to achieve the firmness I was trying to get. Today was the best day of my cooking life when making and eating this Gnocchi recipe, they ended up with the exact texture I was looking for! I've made a Beef Oxtail Tomato Sauce...and I'm in heaven!     I made this tonight and had it with meatballs in a tomato sauce - very soft and silky, not a lot of taste in itself but a good carrier of flavour and cheap, filling and very quick and easy to make. Cheers Gennaro 👍

    Did this. So easy. Actually had a can on beans and can of tomato's and cooked a simple sauce just like this. Was so nice. So so easy. A great recipe to add to my repertoire
