I watched over 100 videos of natural births to help with my fear of giving birth for the 3rd time. I was very very active due to having a 6 year old I had to get ready in the morning for school, get my toddler ready to go with grandma then actually get my pregnant self to school. I ate like normal drank normal amount of fluid. I went into labor 2 1/2 weeks before my due date, had a 3 hour labor start to end. I felt contraction pains but it was sooooo easy going & in a way pain free No Iv medication or epidural. mentally preparing your self I think is key more than drinking water & eating right, also staying very active helps . I would also always do light work outs, I would get on all fours & rock my hips side to side & back n forth. all my 3 daughters were born naturally & under 8 hours.

Thank you so much for watching + sharing! I would LOVE for this information to get into the minds of as many women as possible around the planet-----everyone should get to experience the amazingness of an easy labor! YouTube actually places the videos that get the most likes/subscribes/comments higher on the search page, so THAT'S why you're always hearing "tubers" ask you to do those things after you watch their videos. Not just because we have enormous egos that need lots of stoking. ;) Thanks again!

No matter how much you prepare, you should never expect your birth to go a certain way. Your baby could be stuck in face presentation for example, like mine was. :( Great tips for uncomplicated circumstances.
