    There is nothing bad to be said about Steve Perry. His voice is incredible, probably the reason most of us became Journey fans. Steve will always be considered one of the greatest voices of All-time. Without Steve there is no Arnel. However in saying that, years after Steve had exhausted his amazing voice Arnel was discovered. His voice was like a match to Steve. A former homeless Filipino boy is discovered and the story of his rise from poverty to superstardom is incredible. Journey, past great band was relaunched to the world and we were all blessed to be able to remember and enjoy the great songs. Arnel brought a stage presence full of energy that has been missing for a long time. Who is better? Both are great and like sports athletes that bring out who is the GOAT is can't be measured like that. Each is the greatest of their era of Journey. Steve is the legendary voice and front man, Arnel is the boy that could and did.

    Well, Steve Perry is just the best- there’s no one who could do better than him in his prime. But I think Arnel does an incredible job with the whole Journey catalog!!! You really can’t compete against Steve Perry!!! What I wish still from some fans is to realize that Steve Perry is never rejoining Journey & Arnel is a great singer in his own right!!!
