  • It's funny how the content of the suggested/hypothetical program is pretty simple. However, that is because lifting is very simple for the most part. We have a tendency to overcomplicate things when it comes to lifting. I think this is because progress takes a while, so people often are unsure if the process works. Respect for putting this video out. Bald Omni Man has done a similar style video and I think it honestly nets you more income in the future. Content such as this earns you more loyal subscribers and viewers which will lead to more engagement, whether that be consuming content or purchasing products. Great video.
