The fact that Cap was ready to run the fade with Thanos's army by himself shows you why he's the GOAT

“Avengers! Assemble.” They made us wait 7 whole years to see Cap say these two words. And it was totally worth it. I just wish Stan Lee could’ve seen it too..

The first time I watched the part where Cap says “Avengers assemble” was the only time I cried at a movie. The scene is beautiful and definitely made this my favorite movie.

I love the sigh of relief Cap gives after just seeing Black Panther, Shuri and Okoye. He was completely prepared to fight an army alone but knowing he has friends by his side no matter the odds, gives him that more hope. Most things have already been said of this scene, but the logistics of creating it is what truly impresses me. How the scene was constructed in order that everybody got to be in focus for a while, just looking for continuity errors in this sequence (I know there are a couple) must have been a gigantic undertaking.

Thanos be like: I swear loki said there are only 6 avengers

This was a once in a lifetime experience

I like the way Cap stand up against an army alone and still ready to fight just like he said before: "I can do this all day". Legendary

Love how Sam said to Cap "on your left" just like he told him during running exercise

It's insane how they managed to sum up 10 years and 23 films worth of excitement into a 5 minute scene that literally blew my fucking socks off....

Sam: Wait, open the portal on his left. Strange: Why?

I don’t think I’ll ever forget watching this for the first time. This was the peak MCU era and this’ll always be incredible for me.

Three years later, Chris Evans' delivery of "Avengers Assemble" still gives me chills.

"A man stood alone against destiny, and a universe came to stand with him."

Cap's willingness to stand alone against an entire army is why he was deemed worthy to wield Mjolnir. He thought no help was coming, but he still stood stoic against the invaders. Truly worthy.

The absolute restraint required to keep Cap from saying the obvious "I can do this all day" when he faces down the army alone. They showed it instead of telling it. Excellent.
