Tips on game:
The black cars with the circle you can chase them down. You have to put your car in the circle and there’s wanted people inside there’s about 5 to 4 people in side (wait till the blue thing above the car turns white or gray)

Whenever you have an achievement, you must read it because that can get to a massive roit I hope that I spelled that right😅 (the massive rot is where all your prisoners leave the prison and they escaped(the guards can’t do anything)

When you scroll down, you can see this builder person like where you hire the guards and see the builder person and if you hire him, he actually patches up the holes that the prisoners make so you don’t have to do them.
