I love Thiers Issard stuff. Top shavers in my book. If you get a chance to give it a try, shape up one of those CKTG balsa strops and put a light coat of one of your cBN emulsions on it. I maintain edges pretty well with such a setup right before leather. Nice shaving, glad you found suitable hardware for your needs. Hard to beat an Aqua Velva overcoat to finish things off. 👍
