Do I want one, yes. Should I get one, no. Will I get one, probably yes.
  • @VandYamaha
Don’t fear dying. Fear not living. Let’s ride.
  • @ttran562
I never understand why everyone says 600s suck around town because they make power at higher revs… like bro these bikes are capable of 0-60 in about 3 seconds. 😂😂😂 you’re gonna take off quicker than 90% of all the cars on the street

I'm 35. I've been to war, I'm a cop, I've done it all. Adrenaline is my happy place. Chaos has always brought me joy. Keeping this in mind, nothing has made me smile like my zx6r. NOTHING, and i daily it. I'm 6' 230 lbs. I'm not uncomfortable and if I get a little uncomfortable I pin the throttle and I stop caring.
  • I've got 50,000 miles on my 2009 zx6r. Such a great bike, nothing compares to an engine screaming to 16,000 rpm and the amazing sounds coming from the intake. I also love how small the bike is, feels like a toy after getting off my hayabusa or k1200lt.

I’m 61 & ride a 2014 GSX-R 750, absolutely spectacular bike for street and track riding, very comfortable to me, I love supersports
  • @Space_Pilgrim
Imagine my surprise when I see this video 2 weeks after buying a 23' ZX-6R as my first bike and that exact Icon weed helmet. Every squid should start on a 600!
  • I have tried them all and most say GSXR 600 is the most comfortable of the bunch. Great all around bike
  • @streetrider1977
Love my 2016 Daytona 675R. I ride it all the time, ringing it's neck everywhere I go. 37,000 miles and counting!
  • @Nyx_N_Knull
I daily my 07 ZX6R, 60+ miles a day, and love every minute of it. Some people just are built for, and do want that experience.
  • I picked up a 2024 ZX-6R on Tuesday (I’ve been riding a CBR500R for almost 7 years) its an absolutely phenomenal bike for the street. The new cams give it plenty of grunt for low rpm use around town. As for ergonomics, I’m a 6’2 250lbs powerlifter and honestly my only complaint is the weight on my wrists which can be eased with body positioning. Side note: the CBR500R will forever remain in my stable, still a blast to ride years later (with a few power mods of course)
  • @IceBoNeZ
Love my ZZR600. The sport/touring suspension & riding position makes her very comfortable for longer rides, but still goes like a scalded cat when you open her up! 😊

Getting the motorcycle that appeals to your heart is the best choice. I've owned over 20 Honda cars so when I parted with my last and decided to get a motorcycle I looked nowhere else but for a Honda. I started with an 05 CBR600rr, then got an 06 CBR600rr and an 06 Honda RC51. The aesthetics, sound, incredible handling, and like Yamms mentioned, raw power in the upper rpms far outweighs the negatives. You could make the same arguments for some cars. Such as my two MB 600hp monsters. You cannot go 200mph in America but these things look, sound, and perform amazingly! Bottom line; get what you love and ride other bikes when possible to see if you have interest in that type of riding
  • @2twolow
I've owned 3 600s. They were awesome but I've grown since then. Now I spend my days with my all powerful mt10.
  • @risx9755
Been waiting for this video for quite a while thanks yam
  • @ZX4-RR
downgraded from a 1000cc (GSXR1000K9) to a 400cc (ZX4RR) and couldn't be happier. Im almost 40 so there is no need to be risking my family doing felony speeds everytime I leave the house. Still a blast and feels a lot safer with the new technology.
  • No Yammie, I just got the notification and love your content is why I watched todays vid! Keep it up bud!!
  • @MsM-kh9xg
The more I see the Aprilia rs660 the more I know it doesn't make sense for me to get one and the more I want one. I AM going to get one...
  • @StriderZYT
I got a Yamaha FZ-6R as my first bike. As a sport/touring bike, it's more comfortable than a full-on sport bike but still makes plenty of power when you open it up
  • @Samsudindwc
Next year i want to buy a 2011 yamaha r6. Ive been riding for nearly two years and i reckon after another year on the road i will happily move up to the higher displacement. Thanks for this video yammie i always love the valuable information with good jokes in between haha
