The only firearms instructor book I ever found is "Beyond the Muzzle: The Firearms Instructor & Shooter Development Guide". Not sure where I got it but a search should find it. The best help I've found. Really reset my mind on defensive gunfighting.

With all this time spent with firearms for LE, you would think the level of pistol competency would be higher. I get LE in classes all the time. Most are at a low level of firearm skills. Not all, but most. They just don't shoot enough.

this is why I don't use 9mm, I use 5.7x28mm cuz it's a very fast little round and it also fragments instead of over penetrate

Non-grouted, non-reinforced block. An actual CMU wall would stop a bullet.
