Van's version is definitive, but man, Bruce makes this sound like "Brown Eyed Girl" was written with him in mind. Beautiful fusion of two rock & roll geniuses.

My daughter, Hope, and I were at this concert!!! Truly THE BEST ever!!! We were in the Pit!!!🎉 During Hungry Heart (when Bruce crowd surfed 🏄♂️), I was passed Bruce and held him over my head and put him back on the stage! No kidding! 😆And then, a little while later, he played Van Morrison’s Brown Eyed Girl! AMAZING, AMAZING experience with my teenager at this legendary show!!! 🎉 SO MUCH FUN!!! BRUUUUCE!!!!!😊

When I first heard 'Born To Run', I was completely overcome by its brilliance and vowed to like everything Bruce ever did. He has not let me down. Sheer genius!

I used to not appreciate the Boss's guitar playing or the talent of the band. I know now just how stupid I was. The E Street Band is as good as it gets and Bruce is damn good in the guitar. I'm glad I finally started listening to him more and taking him serious. He is second to nobody.
