And these breathing techniques have been really helpful and my favorite advice of yours will always be how you teach running form, it my go too if i needed to reset myself cadence check my steps 😊.     while i running i use second technique that i breathe in from nose and breath out from mouth but after a while about 500~600 meters I feel inflammation in my nose and lungs and i feel so tired...
