RIP Charles 🙏 ❤
-
Charles Napier was always one of my favourites.
-
I regretted seeing his character dying in the Star Trek show, now I regret doubled for his real passing away.
-
Most prople don't know that he wrote as well as preformed the songs for this episode The Way To Eden. And as stated before, he was in one of the Rambo movies as Murdock. Also note that that one of the hippy girls in this episode was actress Phyllis Douglas who also was yeoman Mears in the first season episode of Star Trek, The Galileo Seven. Phylis Douglas has also passed away as well to.
-
I remember him as lead singer of the GOOD OLE BOYS from blues brothers

Yes, always a fun favorite of mine. I don't consider it the dud some do. It introduced a whole future hippie culture, it's lingo, fun music and even a back story for Chekov. Something the original show did well in one hour every week. It's called clever writing JJ and co. It was in some ways, as a small boy in a sheltered household, my first introduction to pop music. This episode and the Monkees. Boy, that'll be fuel for fodder someday against me. Love Napier and this episode.

I truly love the half boiled egg they wore on their chest. RIP pal…

INCREDIBLE!! IN-EVERY WAY! "THE SINGER OF SINGERS!" SUCH A BEAUTIFUL PERFORMANCE!! "CHARLES NAPIER" THE ONE AND ONLY)

Napier in thigh highs. How could you not love this man?
-
This guy definitely made this my favorite episode with MAX SOUL. :)

" You're makin' me cry!"

They will fit right in, in Portland
-
So much for that clean bill of health from Dr. McCoy. Peace, Br. Napier!
