i really like how even though mickey is very much part of this family, he doesn’t jump into business that isn’t his. like, if he can’t help or it’s not about him he just stands off to the side and watches. he doesn’t try to get involved in the drama and just stands there taking it in and simply reacting by himself. it could be from the way he was raised or just his personality but i do notice it often. his only comments are usually at what ian says or laughing at the rest of them. i also still have no fucking clue how frank pulled this off considering he’s a drunk with dementia and he left absolutely no evidence behind

Honestly, it's kind of sad and pathetic to see Frank like that. Not that he doesn't deserve it.

I love Carl, for the fact that, he turned his life around, from a basic ghetto kid, to a sociopath, to criminal, to eventually becoming a cop.

do y'all ever notice that when situations like these come up , lip for some reason always looks towards mickey (pointedly). I guess he knows they carry the same ideas and Mick is the only one to come up with a fast and easy solution. and idk but I just love it cuz in some weird-not really type of way he trusts mickey. (maybe its just me and i'm looking into it too much lol)
