Barry talks about them practicing singing with cans and their mom noticed how good they harmonized. Just think of what the world would have never known if they were all sitting in their rooms playing video games or on their cell phones instead of interacting with each other in real time.

I had the pleasure of seeing these 3 sqeaky voice kids perform live in a tent at the Sydney Royal Easter Show about 1960 .. They amoung other entertainers were performing in the Australian version of Bandstand . Who would of thought they would go on to achieve the fame they did.. RIP Maurice and Robyn

I never saw the BeeGees so young. I was always a fan 🎼🎶🎵 👍🏼
  • Barry was 17 and the twins, 13. Andy was five and probably not quite ready yet. Barry's voice changed very little if any thru the years. This is just incredible ! Hugh and Barbara were obviously very proud of their boys.
  • This version of the old folk song brought me to tears! Bless you, Barry! RIP Robin and Maurice! We will always love you!

Never knew this existed. Interesting to see the Bee Gees this young.

From childhood, in the 60’s, I remember watching on tv and listening to, on radio and an album, Peter, Paul, and Mary singing this, “Lemon Tree”, and so many more…

Even at their young age, they were so talented & went on to become extraordinary world famous. You don't get that way from staying on social media 24/7.Its sad this young generation has missed out on a lot of things that us older baby boomers experienced and got to see.

Can you imagine three sons of your own doing this at such an early age? If your kids love it let them to it!
  • @lisamcnelly8868
The younger ones singing the harmony is amazing! Usually the younger one has the melody as they are the “cute one”… or are not developed enough to do harmony! Exceptional!!

Wonder how many in that live audience - back then, in that place - understood that they were witnessing history. The most talented set of siblings ever born. The Bee Gees got a terrible raw deal in the early 80s when talentless hacks who would appear in the deep background - making stupid noises about the BGs - and then disappear forever. And people would take those a-holes seriously. RIP Robin and Maurice. RIP to Andy, as well. Gone but will never be forgotten. May big bro Barry hang tough and live long.

Each one a gifted star. That little Robin is it? may be on the back bench, but his energy and charisma is huge. This is how a group stays together and never breaks. Thank you BeeGees for sharing your talent with the world.

Mensch, was waren die da noch jung!!! 😮😮😮
  • Just incredible!! They had no lessons in singing, reading music or performing!! They started so very young and they loved what they were doing!! I respect for these guys and their families! They are undoubtedly the best group ever!! And never will there be any other group like them!!❤️❤️❤️
