DANGER: BTS Imposters

A warning about and to those that are pretending to be #bts band members currently serving their country. #btsarmy is watching you. The problem is becoming an epidemic. It's not just delulu. It is causing HARM to ARMYs. We will protect our vulnerable younger & older members as well as baby ARMYs that are new to the BTS fandom. I use an imposter I ran across in Facebook as an example. He used a fake ID. He has been doing this awhile and has gathered followers. He tells them he is #Yoongi the real Yoongi. I spent several days messaging with him to verify the ID is a fake. He is a fake. These people get vulnerable persons to share information, pictures, financials. DO NOT TRUST anyone saying they are a BTS Member unless they are on a verified account. They will say they cannot use it while in service and that is not true. They do have access and can at least send you a message through one of them to verify who they are. As I warned him, ARMY hasn't survived over 11 years (me since 2014) by not being able to protect themselves and each other.
