They aren't "scratching" they are "kneading" like they would do to their mother for milk on her stomach. They are starving! First thing should have been warm milk or goats milk usually made from powder and warm water. Then a good cleaning and bed time. But thank you for rescuing them!❤

Kittens do not need clothes because they need to groom themselves. I'm a wildlife rehabilitator and love cats too. The lactose free milk was a good idea. I have used goat milk which can come in powder form or kitten replacement milk. Yue Yue & Wu Wu are beautiful angels who will love you forever. Sending you many blessings.
