The base guy and tenor guy were classically trained but other two(including countertenor guy) were not. Actually the counter tenor guy was a chemical engineer. They were formed at an audition program which is called 'Phantom Singer'. And I strongly recommend to listen their [Bohemian Rapsody].

Hyungho, Soprano, ex chemical engineer, didn't study music, Rocker, and famous for Phantom of the Opera. Guitarist in a rock band. 3. Mingue, tenor, musical genius, leader of the group, tackles songs in and language. Watch him perform 'Waka Waka' and ' Be my love's. 4. Doohoon, tenor, musical actor, voice that oozes emotion. We call him his majesty because he's so handsome. Well, all of them are.

You should put earphones on!! The first guy who is counter tenor is not professional trained and he worked in a chemical company and the bass and the tenor were professional classical trained and the last (on the right) is a musical actor. Please find more pleasures of Forestella’s.

O, forgot to tell you. Mingue is also a pianist and Doohoon a guitarist. Talented, versatile group, not afraid to try other genres, and they're doing a magnificent job. FORESTELLA FAN FOREVER!

Thank you for your reaction! This is Forestella, a crossover group from Korea. They are the winner group in the Phantom Singer 2; a survival audition show to form a crossover quartet like il Divo from Korea. However as they have their own unique style, they won't be Korean il Divo, they will be the Forestella of the world! Forestella has sung great covers like Bohemian Rhapsody, We are the Champions, Heal the World, the Sound of Silence, My Favorite Things, Champions (mash-up of Champs league theme and Champions by Jo SuMi), Nella Fantasia, Scarborough Fair..etc etc. At the Phantom Singer All Stars they sang Time in a bottle, Je suis Malade as well. Shape of You in English, Spanish and African Zulu is fantastic indeed. You can even see them dancing singing Smooth Criminal as well! And they broke the record of their own with Bad Romance which seems toxic version of their Lazenca Save Us, winning 5 trophies for King of Kings in a row in Immortal Songs. Forestella is a quartet of Ko WooRim (classical bass, intense abyss-deep low tone), Kang HyungHo (ex-research chemist & rock vocalist with soprano falsetto voice), Cho MinGyu (classical leggiero tenor, light boyish crystal clear tone) and Bae DooHoon (musical actor, 159th King of the Masked Singers, rough-textured husky tone with R&B, Pop groove). Each has distinct tone and style of singing, different charm. But all of them are famous as practice-freaks. Ko WooRim said they met more than 300 days an year together in Phantom Singer All Stars behind interview but in a radio program the leader (Cho MinGyu) revealed it would be around 20 days they didn't meet in the year. So I think this explains how their perfection executed. Don't miss their new m/v for Save our lives! It's full of wonders.

Thank you for the reaction. I recommend listening to their cover song, Bohemian Rhapsody. This is a cover song that most accurately expresses what kind of group they are. They have a lot of very famous cover songs, but I also recommend listening to the title track and tracks on their latest album. Their title track, "Save Our Lives", is a song with a deep message. I ask for your interest and support for Forestella.

YEEEEESS FORESTELLA!!! Guys you've found literal gold..... you definitely don't want to miss Bohemian Rhapsody, Nella Fantasia and their latest release Save Our Lives.... whew! Fun fact, the counter tenor isn't musically trained and used to be a research chemist.... can you believe it LMAO

The countertenor is... a Rock singer, 😂 with no vocal training 😲 before he appeared on the show Phantom Singer which created this group.. Forestella. Only the Bass and Tenirc are Classically trained. Countertenor a Rock singer, and other singer is Theatrical singer. Most will suggest "Bohemian Rhapsody" which is stunning. But for me "Je suis Malade" is fire... And you will get the wall of sound you are seeking. Plus, even in French the emotion (especially Bae Doo-Hoon who was least seen on THIS performance) will leave you breathless. It reduced one of the older females watching, to tears.
