Hey dr. Idriss, I took your advice & bought cheap satin pillowcases off of amazon so I can change my pillow cases every second day. Not only did I see a HUGE DIFFERENCE in my acne but my hair felt better too! I also change my hand towel in my bathroom every second day as well and try to only use it for my hands, NOT MY FACE. I found cheap disposable towels (that are so big u can cut in half) and those are the only things I use to dry my face. Also if I’m having any issues with my face I got “back to basics “. One face wash, one active & one moisturizer. That way I can add one at a time the things I want to try to fix any problems that have arisen. So Thanks Dr. Idriss for all your advice & teaching us about skincare Especially the vanicream vitamin c and diaper rash cream. Made a gigantic difference to my skin. Thank u so so much!!🩷🙏

I'm so happy to hear you incorporate arnica in your line. I have been been using it for decades, especially when my acne was bad. I was surprised I didn't hear about it much when I fell down the skin care rabbit hole a few years ago. Hopefully more people are aware of it now and it's many uses.

SO thankful for your videos. I learned my constant small red spots were actually from too much moisture (as I use Tretinoin, you get dry and want to moisture..)and that it was fungal acne. Nothing worked, until using dandruff schampoo!! I would totally visit yr clinic if I were a New Yorker. You are the best!👏🌟
