R.I.P. Michael Clarke Duncan Fitting that Tom Hanks spoke at his service IRL

Michael Clarke Duncan was ROBBED of the Oscar for Best Supporting Actor. Michael Caine was good in Cider House Rules, but Michael Clarke Duncan SHATTERED hearts and souls with his performance.

The most heart wrenching part of this film to me, is when Boss talks to John Coffey about “On my day of Judgement…” and Coffey says “I’m tired boss… I’m tired of people being ugly to each other.” That entire dialogue was heartbreaking and both actors crushed it.

by far, the best reaction to this movie I have ever seen. Not only were you honest with your emotions, but you got many of the connections that many miss. Great job.

John Coffey’s lament. “I’m tired of people being ugly to each other”. Me too, John.
  • When he said, "Don't put me in the dark." it broke my heart. I watched this in school and even boys were crying. I had to walk outside and cried like a baby.

Never be ashamed to show your feelings. This reaction was one of the most honest I have seen in a long time.
  • I’ve probably seen about 20 “reaction videos” to this movie. This reaction is BY FAR the best! If this move doesn’t break you emotionally, I can’t even relate to you. Lol. Thanks for sharing all the messy emotions.💚

Stephen King discovered pretty early in his writing career, that the most scary things he might bring to paper, are not the monsters, he can come up with - but just ordinary humans. And the things they do to each other. They don't call him "The King of Horror" for nothing.

We all knew you would fall apart. That's because we knew what a big beautiful heart you have. Don't worry, even us growed up men still cry every time we watch these reactions with you. 😢 You caught on way quicker than I did to what was going on. Thank you for sharing with us.

Jesus girl, you make me tear up, the humanity shown by the guards is beyond kind, and the way they humanize even those condemned to death is heartbreaking. Thank you for such an amazing reaction

You are such a sweet, empathic person. And watching you react to all these amazing movies is a joy.

Remember when Melinda said that they were both wandering in the dark and found each other? John was afraid of the dark, but willingly went in to the dark to heal. He wasn't willing to go into the dark even to face his own death, but he went voluntarily to heal someone else.

This has to be absolutely the best advertisement for that waterproof eye make-up you have on.
  • And what a talent in Mr. Duncan. It was buetifull how he made this giant imposing mountain of a man so wonderfully innocent and endearing. This role deserved every award out there. Really miss this great talented man.

I raised a son by myself, always felt I had to be strong and not cry in front of him. Childhood issues, but every few years I would watch this movie to get it out. It was bottled up inside for so long. This movie was the only thing that would allow me to get rid of all the unshed tears. One of Stephen Kings biggest fan. I've read all his books. This is one of my favorites. Your reaction had me crying right along with you. Not ashamed of crying anymore, gets all the toxicity out. Feels cleansing now, instead of weak. Thanks for your reaction, new sub❤

There are times in life when annoying sniffling is right and proper. The Green Mile is several of those times.
