I swear i listened to this song like 1000 times already, I'm not even exaggerating. I love it so much and I don't even really know what kingdom hearts is lmao but I wanna find out now

I feel as though this song is from the vision of Kairi, Namine and Xion. "these memories so faded" - Namine is a 'witch' who was able to control the memories of Sora, fading his memory of Kairi to remember her instead. Kairi's memory of Sora is limited as a result. "they say I can feel nothing " - Xion is a nobody, beings with no heart and as a result are devoid of emotion altogether. Xion, however, starts to regain memories, feel pain and cries when in situations that remind her of Sora. "but in the ocean, I heard a heartbeat" - Kairi's home is Destiny Islands, which looks over a vast ocean. In KH2, Kairi remembers Sora's name when she drops a bottle with a message for him in the ocean. She may have not been able to remember him, but she is aware of his existence from her childhood memories. Also your hair and eyes look like Kairi in your photo so I thought it was a reference <3

I love how beautifully the song fits with the game. I've always wanted a song to perfectly capture the game and now I have it.

Not once my eyes were dry or my face was dry. Every time I listen to this song it makes me cry and sob cause not only it’s from kingdom of hearts but it hits my soul and I can relate to this whatever the characters and the singer are feeling. Gives me goosebumps! That’s how you know the song is good!

I know this was written for Kingdom Hearts but I for some reason connect it to The Clone Wars (which I love). This song just really shows how powerful and impactful music can be on a person’s life ♥️

I don't know how to describe touching this is, Kingdom Hearts is important to me. Lately I've felt nostalgic for 358/2 Days, which was the first game I played in the series. I loved how Roxas became friends with Axel and Xion, and then when the secrets starting creeping in, it hurt seeing them separated! The sea salt trio had such an impact on me. Goodness the end of the game with Roxas just wanting to be himself, Axel wanting his friends back and Xion fading....IT STILL HURTS. I was wondering when you'd release something new and then this pops up, it's all too perfect. Thank you so much for this, it made my month! Lovely work as always Faith! 💛
